For self-collection orders, we will contact you once your item is ready for collection. Items will only be held for up to 3 weeks. If collection is not made within this period, no refund will be provided and the payment will be converted into store credit instead. Store credit can only be used for in-stock items and cannot be used for pre-order items.
For local delivery, if a parcel is lost or severely damaged, compensation under SPX’s Terms & Conditions is capped at SGD 150 only.
